Every body is different, and your training style should resemble that. I will work with you to find the right movements and exercise regimen that work best for you and your body - and one that you genuinely enjoy.

Every.Body.Fitness. is the by-product of my Master’s thesis; after surveying local members of the community, I learned that many people face multiple challenges (accessibility, affordability, etc.) when it comes to training at the gym. I strive to mitigate those barriers as much as I can, while also teaching my clients that simplicity and consistency are key when learning about the fundamentals of training.

I believe that small, habitual changes will create lifelong results that you love, and a lifestyle that brings you joy. Your body is capable of more than you know, and I love helping my clients discover that!

Training sessions can take place at a few different locations: PUSH Fitness or 807 Fitness - both locally owned and operated facilities in Thunder Bay. I also recognize that life is complicated, not everyone is comfortable in the gym. To make training more accessible, I have created a few great options to effectively teach you how to train in your home.

I do my best to make sure your training experience is accessible, affordable, and enjoyable.
