Ktbl or odd object swings/Snatches

After each round, do 10 burpees.

Set a timer. Start with 20 ktbl swings or snatches. Once you finish 20, do 10 burpees. Then move to 15 swings/snatches (the same movement you did in the first round), then back to 10 burpees. Continue this pattern until you’ve hit 5 snatches/swings and then 10 burpees.

Modifications: Choose the variation that is going to allow you to continue at a pace that feels like a comfortable challenge for you!
