Skittles workout:
Red - 5 push-ups
Yellow - 10 db swing
Orange - 10 commandos
Green - 10 deadlifts
Purple - 50 skips - lateral, over dumbbells, penguin hops, double unders
This is a fun one to do with the kids! If you don’t have any candy at home, use the amount in the photo below! You choose how you want to do this workout. Here are some suggestions.
Rep ideas:
Complete 1 skittle, rest 10-20 seconds
Complete 2 skittles, rest :30-60 seconds
Complete 3 skittles, rest 60-75 seconds
Complete the full bag with as minimal rest as possible
Complete the bag once, rest 5 minutes, then do all the same reps/movements again in the same order, and try to beat your first time! (GASP).
