Here is a quick 5min Breath opening & 20min Yoga flow to get your practice in and your body moving.
The more you practice yoga, you start to find your favourite poses and the sweet spots in the body they target for you. You can begin to see how there is a flow about the practice, how poses are linked together in transitions, and the proper alignment that suits your body. When you donβt have time for a full practice or to put on a video, you can begin to string together your own favourite poses to hit those sweet spots your body needs in any given moment.
Always bring in your awareness to check in with yourself before you begin.
