Workout 23

5 rounds of:

10 squats

20 walking lunges

30 swings

This can be fast and sprint-y or long and fun! Either way, find a pace you can maintain and have at it! No rest designated here, so rest as needed between each round/movement. 

Substitutes/Pointers:

Choose A challenging but difficult weight that will allow you to move through 10-20-30 without resting. Take rest after you’ve completed your swings, and try to maintain that same pace with each round. Prior to starting the next round, you should be 50% recovered.
