Warm-up:
30 seconds each
Side to sides
Karaoke
Frankenstein
Hip Circles
X2 rounds
*Add whatever else you feel is necessary to warm-up for the exercise you’re about to do!
Running work: (can do this on a bike, rower, or elliptical)
Run/Jog 3 minutes slow
Run/Jog 2 minutes moderate pace
Run/Jog 1 minute as fast as you can comfortably
Walk 3 minutes
X3-4 rounds
If you’re unable to run, but have access to a rower, bike, or elliptical available to you, you can still do this same style! 3 minutes of slow, manageable pace. 2 minutes at a moderate pace. 1 minute of a pace you can only maintain for that minute. Once you’re done, walk/run/bike for 3 minutes total.
Modifications/suggestions: You can shorten the work ratio to 2, 1, :30 - but try your best to maintain the same style - slow - moderate - fast - as best as you can. And remember, everyone’s slow-moderate-fast looks different! You got this!
