Squats
Sit-ups

Run 1:30-2:00m
Choose a squat and sit-up variation that you can maintain for the entire workout. Complete 50 squats, then 50 sit-ups. If you’d like to make this more challenging, add in 1:30-2:00m run after each round of squats/sit-ups. Then, complete 40 of each (optional run after), 30 of each, etc.
Modifications/Suggestions:
This workout is not meant to be done with weight. The workout is fast paced and should be done using bodyweight only. If you have the option to run, row, or bike after each round, I would suggest for you to add it in!
